CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

This Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the handling of confidential information between Danem Verification and users, clients, partners, or service providers.
1. Definition of Confidential Information
“Confidential Information” includes but is not limited to:
- Personal data
- Business records
- Verification data
- Technical information
- Trade secrets
- User credentials and communications
2. Obligation of Confidentiality
All parties agree to:
- Keep confidential information strictly confidential
- Use confidential information solely for intended business purposes
- Prevent unauthorized disclosure
3. Exceptions
Confidential information does not include information that:
- Is publicly available
- Is lawfully obtained from a third party
- Is required to be disclosed by law or court order
4. Data Protection Compliance
All confidential data is processed in accordance with:
- GDPR
- EU data protection laws
- Applicable international data protection standards
5. Security Measures
Appropriate technical and administrative safeguards are implemented to protect confidential information from unauthorized access or breaches.
6. Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach, Danem Verification will notify affected parties and relevant authorities in accordance with GDPR requirements.
7. Term and Termination
This Agreement remains effective indefinitely unless terminated in writing. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Latvia and applicable European Union regulations.
